"Unlimited" means no cap in the app. Every plan starts with the same 14-day free trial and can be changed or cancelled from Settings at any time.
The fine print, in plain English
Short list. Everything here is usage with a real cost behind it, and each one sits under a cap you control.
A card goes on file at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. No trial extensions to beg for, no feature-locked "trial mode."
On Premium. A house is paid once per season; every re-color and re-render after that is included. Screened-out houses cost nothing, and you set the monthly spend cap.
Each plan with texting includes a monthly allowance (Pro 1,500, Premium 3,000). Beyond it, texts are metered under a dollar safety cap you set, so a busy month can never surprise you.
