Thank you for promoting PressureWashingOS. This agreement covers how the affiliate program works and what we ask of you. By joining you agree to it.
You earn 40 percent of the base subscription payment from every business you refer, for as long as that business stays a paying customer. Add-ons such as extra seats, SMS compliance, and SMS overage are not commissionable. Your current rate is shown in your portal and may be set higher for you by agreement.
A commission is recorded when a referred business pays an invoice. It is held for 30 days, then becomes available to pay. If the business is refunded, the matching commission is reversed.
Payouts go out monthly by your chosen method, digital or mailed check. You must have at least 50 dollars in available commission to be paid in a given month. Balances under that amount roll over until you cross the threshold. You are responsible for your own taxes. We collect a W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC if you are paid 600 dollars or more in a year.
Share your link and the marketing materials in your portal. Be honest about what PressureWashingOS does. When you recommend us, disclose that you may earn a commission, as the FTC requires. A simple line such as "I earn a commission if you sign up" is enough.
No spam of any kind, by email, text, or social. No buying ads on the PressureWashingOS brand name or our domains. No misleading claims, fake reviews, or pretending to be us. No self-referrals or signing up your own business through your link. Breaking these rules can void unpaid commissions and end your participation.
We may update this agreement or close the program with reasonable notice. You can leave at any time. Commissions you have properly earned before leaving are still paid.
